This is poorly-designed in a number of ways. First, due to being made out of heavy fabric and trim, it is unnecessarily heavy for such a tiny bag, which matters on a 17-pound dog, and the heaviness also makes it far less likely to stay centered on the dog’s back. Also, because the bag itself attaches to the harness via magnets so that the hook for the leash is under the bag, normal leash movement causes the leash to pull the bag right off after a minute wearing it. We bought this in the dead of winter, quickly tried it on our girl to make sure it fit, and didn’t try it out until we went for a hike a bit over a month later, so since it was too late to return it, and since giving this to the thrift shop felt like passing the problem onto another unsuspecting dog owner, we threw it away.
